Refund Policy

1. Overview

At TheOnlineCourseGuy.com, we want you to feel confident in your investment. We understand that purchasing an online course or coaching program is a significant decision, which is why we offer specific refund options depending on the product you purchase. Please review the details below to see how our refund policies apply to each program.

2. Refund Policy for Genesis Courses and Next Level Coaching

We offer the "No-Brainer" Guarantee for both the Genesis Courses and Next Level Coaching programs. The guarantee includes two parts:

10-Day Full Refund Period: After enrolling in either Genesis Courses or Next Level Coaching, you have 10 days to try out the entire program. During this time, you can consume the content, use the resources, and take full advantage of all the program features.
Refund Request: If you decide within the first 10 days that the program isn’t the right fit for you, simply email us at jacques@theonlinecourseguy.com, and we will issue a full refund—no questions asked and no hard feelings.
90-Day Exit Clause: If you remain enrolled after the initial 10-day period, you are committed for the first 3 months. However, if after 3 months you find the program is not meeting your expectations, you can cancel your membership and will not be responsible for any future monthly payments. This exit clause does not apply to those who have paid for the full year upfront.
Annual Payments: If you pay for either program upfront for the full year, you are still eligible for the 10-day refund window. However, after the first 10 days, you are fully committed for the 12-month duration.

3. Length of Program and Renewal Options

Both Genesis Courses and Next Level Coaching are 12-month commitments. This time frame is designed to deliver the best results for our clients, allowing ample time for growth, learning, and the implementation of strategies. By enrolling in one of these programs, you are committing to the full 12 months, with the only exceptions being the 10-day trial period and the 90-day exit clause.

Renewal Options: Toward the end of your 12-month commitment, our team will reach out to discuss renewal options if you feel you still need additional support and coaching. We offer tailored renewal plans based on your progress and ongoing goals.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or exercise the 90-day exit clause, please email us at jacques@theonlinecourseguy.com with your order details, including your name, email address, and reason for cancellation.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Additional Terms

We strive to offer fair and transparent refund policies. Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., multiple refunds for different programs) may result in ineligibility for future purchases.
